This is an ideal retreat for spirited women who feel invigorated in the rustic beauty of a mountain setting.

We hope you have arrived with a curious heart and will depart with a refreshed spirit and a wealth of insights. As much as these days are packed with workshops, learning, and group activities, there is also time to just be on your own in the mountain air. Our retreats have been designed to make things as flexible and easy as possible. We have our schedule - but it is up to you how much you participate in the activities. For the ultimate experience we encourage everyone to participate as much as possible in our group events.
DAY 1: Cabin Opens at 3:00 pm
ARRIVAL
Welcome!
3:oo - 6:00 pm
Check into your comfortable room, relax, unwind, and enjoy a delicious snack before dinner. Get settled in and start meeting cabin mates. This is also a good time to reflect on your goals for the retreat.

Sign Up for Workshops & Services
Each day includes times for a massage, reiki, nutrition consultation, which can be scheduled for an additional fee (see attached fee schedule).
4:30 - 5:30 pm
Hatha Yoga
Begin your long weekend with a welcome yoga class to de-stress after your journey.
At 6:00 pm
our Transform Your Life Retreat formally begins. Relax this evening and enjoy a healthy, delicious welcome dinner and an opportunity to get acquainted with other retreat participants.
