Sample  Retreat  Itinerary

This  is  an  ideal  retreat  for  spirited  women  who  feel  invigorated  in  the  rustic  beauty  of  a  mountain setting.

We hope  you  have  arrived  with  a  curious  heart  and  will  depart  with  a  refreshed  spirit  and  a wealth  of  insights.    As  much  as  these  days  are  packed  with  workshops,  learning,  and  group activities,  there  is  also  time  to  just  be  on  your  own  in  the  mountain  air.    Our  retreats  have  been designed  to  make  things  as  flexible  and  easy  as  possible.  We  have  our  schedule  -  but  it  is  up  to you  how  much  you  participate  in  the  activities.    For  the  ultimate  experience  we  encourage everyone  to  participate  as  much  as  possible  in  our  group  events.

DAY 1: Cabin  Opens  at  3:00  pm

ARRIVAL
Welcome!

3:oo  -  6:00  pm

Check  into  your  comfortable  room,  relax,  unwind,  and  enjoy  a  delicious  snack  before  dinner. Get settled  in  and  start  meeting  cabin  mates.    This  is  also  a  good  time  to  reflect  on  your  goals for the  retreat.

Each day includes times for a  massage, reiki,  nutrition consultation, which can be scheduled for an additional fee (see attached fee schedule).

Hatha  Yoga

Begin your long weekend with a  welcome yoga class to de-stress after your journey.

At  6:00  pm

our Transform  Your  Life  Retreat formally begins.  Relax this evening and enjoy a healthy,  delicious  welcome  dinner  and  an  opportunity  to  get  acquainted  with  other  retreat participants.

Enjoy  Tea and a  light morning snack. Awaken to the delightful sounds found in a  forest.  Take in the morning beauty from your accommodations.

Nature  Hike

Meditation

7:45 - 8:20  am
Hatha  YogaWake up with a gentle morning yoga session followed by food demonstration and breakfast After a  chance to freshen up,  join  Quinnie  for  an  introduction  to  combining  raw  and  cooked foods  demonstration  class.    Learn  how  to  properly  combine  raw  and  cooked  foods  for  optimal digestion  and  healing.    Followed  by  a  delicious  breakfast.

Radical  Forgiveness  Workshop
Radical  Forgiveness has been found to be effective in allowing forgiveness of others and self-forgiveness.  This tool of  Radical  Forgiveness is a  unique spiritual concept that assists people in removing the unconscious energy that keeps us stuck in unfulfilling work,  relationships, and many other life dramas.  In this workshop, you will attain the necessary steps that will empower you to leave with not just a  transformational experience,  but the tools you need to bring joy back into your life.  This profound insight led by  Life  Coach,  Kym  Kennedy is a  life-changing event that will bring joy to your life and healing to your spirit.

Learn to prepare nutritious meals in a  hands-on raw and cooked food class using fresh ingredients and whole foods.  The class culminates with a  shared lunch of the foods prepared together.
