As a certified PCRM Food for Life Instructor, wellness coach, and plant-based chef with over 30 years of experience, I have dedicated my life to helping individuals prevent and reverse chronic diseases through nutrition and lifestyle changes. My workshops provide practical, science-backed strategies to address common health concerns, including high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, and more.

What is the Food for Life program?

 

Food for Life is an award-winning program created by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a nonprofit organization that is working to dramatically change the way doctors treat chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer. By prioritizing prevention over pills, doctors are empowering patients to take control of their own health. The Food for Life Program teaches nutrition education and cooking to reduce diet-related diseases.
