Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar is the fermented juice of crushed apples. It contains acetic acid, B vitamins, vitamin C and polyphenols. It helps to stop cell damage that can lead to other diseases such as cancer. Apple Cider Vinegar can reduce blood sugar spikes after meals and improve insulin response if taken before a meal by changing how foods get absorbed from the gut. Taking 1-2 teaspoons of it daily or adding 1-2 drops to water can be beneficial and add to improving your health.

 

Raw Honey or Agave: Natural sweeteners

Red Raspberry: Red Raspberries are excellent sources of vitamin C, manganese, and dietary fiber.They are also rich in B vitamins like folic acid, copper, and iron.  Raspberry contains noteworthy amounts of polyphenolic antioxidants like anthocyanins that are associated with optimal  health. The sprout is rich in dietary fiber..By stimulating more frequent urination, alfalfa is able to speed up the detoxification of the body, through eliminating excess salts, fats, water and help to improve and maintain the kidneys. Potassium and iron  present in this plant can boost red blood cell production, increasing healing power through blood circulation and lower blood pressure by releasing the tension on blood vessels and arteries.
